Infinitote Return Policy:

  • We back most of our products with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. 
  • We do not charge restocking fees
  • Please contact us at info@infinitote.com for an RMA number prior to shipping the return. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).

Gift cards
Intimate wear and swim wear
Some health and personal care items

In the event that an item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be issued.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and an RMA will be issued. Once your return is received and inspected, the appropriate credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or PayPal account again.
Then contact your credit card company or PayPal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
